During the Trojan War, Skhedios and Epistrophos commanded the Achaian soldiers from Phokis including the cities of Krisa, Anemoreia, Daulis, Hyampolis, Kyparissos, Lilaia, Panopeus, Pytho, and the vicinity of the Kephisos River.
