A city near Troy.
During the Trojan War, the Trojan soldier Amphios traveled to Troy from Paisos, which was located northeast of Troy near the Hellespont.1 Trojan King Priam's kingdom included the territories of the Hellespont. Inhabitants of Paisos were considered to be Trojans.
